Redeeming a DSW Gift Card
  • DSW Gift Cards with a PIN number can be redeemed online or in-store. (If your gift card does not have a PIN, you cannot redeem it online at this time, but we will happily accept it at any DSW store.)
  • In order to redeem DSW Gift Cards online at dsw.com, you must enter the gift card number located on the gift card, for each card used, during checkout.
  • Any unused balance will remain on your gift card and can be applied to future purchases.

eGift Cards
eGift Cards are the perfect last-minute gifts. They are delivered and stored electronically so you never have to worry about losing them.

Delivery of eGift Cards
  • There are no shipping charges for eGift Cards.
  • eGift Cards will arrive in the recipient's email box within 24-48 hours.
  • We'll send the recipient an email with all of the information they need to use the eGift Card at dsw.com.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you so you know that your eGift Card has been sent.

Redeeming an eGift Card
  • DSW eGift Cards can only be redeemed online at dsw.com.
  • In order to redeem eGift Cards online at dsw.com, the eGift Card number and PIN must be entered for each eGift Card used during checkout. The eGift Card number and PIN number can be found by clicking the link used when retrieving and activating the eGift Card. Please contact customerservice@cardways.com if you cannot find your eGift Card number or PIN number.

FAQs
I already have a gift card; how do I check the balance?
Click on the Gift Card link at the top of any page. If you enter the number and PIN that appears on your DSW Gift Card or eGift Card, we can tell you the remaining balance that is still yours to spend.

How do I redeem my gift card online?
In order to redeem your DSW Gift Card online, you must enter the gift card number and 4-digit PIN for each card being used at checkout. Your PIN number can be found under the scratch-off field located on the back of the card, next to the gift card number. If your card does not have a PIN, you cannot redeem it online at this time, but we will happily accept it at any DSW store.

Why don't I receive DSW Rewards® credit when I buy a DSW Gift Card?
When you buy a gift card, you are converting your money into "store cash" for someone else to spend. If the recipient of the gift is a DSW Rewards® member, that member will get credit when redeeming his or her gift card. Gift cards are the only items at DSW that do not earn DSW Rewards® credit when purchased.

To check the DSW card balance or the card's terms and conditions, call 1.888.895.2504, log on via the internet at dsw.com, or visit any DSW store.  Use this to purchase merchandise at any DSW location in the USA or from dsw.com.  This gift card may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.  If lost or stolen this card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt.  Replacement value will be the value of the card at the time you report the loss or theft.  To redeem online, enter the gift card number and pin number at the payment page of the dsw.com checkout. All dsw.com orders using DSW Gift Cards at checkout will be processed in United States funds.

If the remaining balance of your Gift Card is $10.00 or less, you may request a refund of the remaining balance by calling 1.866.379.7463 and providing your name, address, and Gift Card number.  You may also elect to keep your Gift Card and apply the remaining balance to future purchases.  No expiration date. Purchase of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  The terms and conditions of this card are governed by the laws of the state where the card was purchased.  This card is issued by Brand Card Services LLC.

DSW eGift Card Terms and Conditions

Your DSW eGift Card can be used at dsw.com by choosing the gift card payment option and entering the DSW eGift Card number and pin. You cannot use your DSW eGift Card at DSW stores.
