Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 60 days from the original purchase date. (See return shipping options below.)
Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with the original
shipping invoice, within 60 days of the order date, to receive a full credit in the original
form of tender. It may take up to 14 days to process your return and credit your original form
of tender. Returns or exchanges made after 60 days will be issued a merchandise credit. A $7.95
fee for shipping your return or exchange merchandise will be deducted from your refund. The
$7.95 shipping fee does not apply to same-item exchanges.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another, fill out the exchange instructions located
on the back of the shipping invoice. (See exchange shipping options below.) Exchanges are
processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You will receive a credit for the item(s)
you are sending back and a separate charge for the exchange order placed.
Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your exchange (up to 14 days), you may
elect to place a new order right away rather than wait for your exchange to process.
Availability of items can change. If you wait for the exchange order to process, the item(s)
you want in exchange may no longer be available. If you prefer, you may place a new order
immediately and simply return the unwanted item(s).
If you are returning a gift you received, follow the same process as
mentioned above, and select either the exchange or the eGift Card option if you would prefer
merchandise credit, on the Return and Exchange Form. We do not refund cash or original tender
for gift returns.
Option 1
Packages will have one of two return labels, either DHL or FedEx. Each has slightly different
return procedures. Please follow the appropriate directions below.
To return a package with a DHL return label:
Use the return label enclosed in your package and call DHL for a free pickup at your home or
take your return items to a DHL Authorized Shipping Center. To schedule a pickup or find a DHL
Authorized Shipping Center, visit www.dhl.com or call 1.800.CALL.DHL (1.800.225.5345). DHL home
pickup is not available in all areas. The DHL label cannot be used for shipments outside of the
U.S. The $7.95 cost for shipping your return or exchange merchandise will be deducted from your
refund. The $7.95 shipping fee will not apply to same-item exchanges.
To return a package with a FedEx return label:
Use the return label enclosed in your package and take your return items to a FedEx Authorized
ShipCenter or FedEx Kinko's. To find a FedEx location, visit www.fedex.com/us or call
1.800.GOFEDEX (1.800.463.3339). The FedEx label cannot be used for shipments outside of the US.
The $7.95 cost for shipping your return or exchange merchandise will be deducted from your

Pre-pay postage at any post office or parcel shipping location you choose and send your return
or exchange merchandise back to us at:

Rather than ship your return, you can return or exchange your unworn
merchandise at a nearby DSW store within 60 days of the order date. We will credit you
immediately, and you will not be charged for return shipping. Please bring your receipt or
invoice and the original box. Items returned or exchanged after 60 days will be issued a
merchandise credit.
An item is placed on backorder when it is temporarily out of stock.
Depending on the length of the delay, the backordered item will be processed and shipped once
restocked. Your credit card will not be charged until the backordered items are shipped.
